VENDORS BOOTH OPPORTUNITY
Vending Booths will be executed through Agreement between a Booth Exhibitor and the Hair & Fashion Expo 2010 Event Coordinators. Booth vendors are to provide information, products or services to our Sponsors, Supporters and Guest. The Hair & Fashion Expo 2010. reserves the right to accept or reject any exhibit. Rejection will be decided on the basis of suitability for the National Show.
The Hair and Fashion Expo 2010 agrees to provide a 7' booth space with a 6' Table and two chairs. The area should be professionally decorated representing your product. Vendors will be entitled to having their company name listed in the 2010 Show Catalog (if purchased before July 31, 2010) and on the National web page "VENDORS". In addition vendors receive one free Business Card ad in The Hair & Fashion Expo 2010 newsletter. Vendors also receive an invitation to the After Affair Hospitality Reception. Other requirements such as additional graphic or table may require additional fees.
